Terms of Service

By accessing or using BackToIndia Talent (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. By listing yourself you represent that all information you submit is accurate, current, and your own.

BackToIndia Talent is a reverse hiring marketplace. We facilitate introductions between returning NRIs and hiring companies. We are not an employer, recruitment agency, immigration consultant, financial advisor, tax advisor, or legal advisor. No employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship is created between you and us.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and adapt it for the purpose of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your content.

You agree not to: post false, misleading, or impersonating content; scrape, copy, or republish profiles; send spam or unsolicited commercial messages; bypass our authentication or intro system; reverse-engineer the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or remove any account that violates these rules.

Recruiter intros are facilitated, not guaranteed. We make no warranty that any listing will result in interview requests, offers, or employment. Salary ranges and timelines are user-supplied and not validated by us. All hiring decisions, offer terms, employment contracts, relocation arrangements, and compensation are solely between the candidate and the hiring company.

Listing yourself as a candidate is free. Recruiter access may be subject to fees as published from time to time. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

The Service may contain links to third-party sites (including BackToIndia.com, insurance.backtoindia.com, LinkedIn, and others). We do not control and are not responsible for those sites or services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BACKTOINDIA, ITS OPERATORS, AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED INR 10,000 OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BackToIndia and its operators from any claim arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion via privacy@backtoindia.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
